At the Business Sustainability Center (BSC), we adopt a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to understand how companies impact the various dimensions of sustainability, and at the same time how these dimensions affect company performance.
Through our work, we examine the complex interactions between companies and their environment, aiming to identify more sustainable and profitable practices.
Additionally, we analyze how companies can design strategies to enhance their sustainability and competitiveness, within the framework of new market demands and regulations. In particular, we focus on understanding the internal and external factors that influence the adoption of sustainable strategies.
Finally, this line of research seeks to understand how consumers make decisions and how these decisions impact the environment and sustainability. Furthermore, we investigate how various sustainability variables can affect consumers’ decision-making.
